Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

At Meateorite, we prioritise delivering fresh, high-quality meat to your doorstep. As our products are perishable, we have a specific and limited cancellation and refund policy in place to ensure fairness and hygiene standards.

1. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order.

  • After this window, cancellations will not be accepted, as the order may already be processed or dispatched.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us directly by phone at +91 98860 99786. Cancellation requests via email or other platforms may not be processed in time.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of the order.

  • Damaged or incorrect items received.

  • Confirmed cancellations within the allowed window.

If your situation matches any of the above, we will provide a 100% refund via the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Personal dislike of the product after delivery.

  • Orders canceled after the 30-minute window or after dispatch.

3. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety protocols, we do not accept returns of any meat products once they are delivered.

However, if you received a wrong or damaged item:

  • Please provide a photo of the product, if applicable, for our team to assess.

4. Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You may receive a gift credit instead of a refund.

  • Gift credit will be issued once the complaint is reviewed and approved.
